East Side Ministries (ESM)

It is a partial day program for mentally ill adults living in adult foster care homes on the city's east side. The property is located on Hurlbut, just north of Water Works Park and north and east of Belle Isle. Approximately 100 members utilize the facility for educational, social and recreational experiences. The program operates Monday through Friday with monthly trips for entertainment purposes.
