Transitional Housing for Men
This residential Cass program started in 2002 at The Scott Building, provides case management services in addition to a stable and secure residential setting for 21 adult males who are in recovery from substance abuse. The case manager evaluates each individual to determine ongoing and unmet needs. This assessment provides the basis for creating goals for personal growth and independence evidenced by movement toward permanent housing.
