Donations are essential to CCSS. They come many forms, whether it be cash, material goods, or even as simple as a web search through "Good Search". No matter what type of donation someone chooses to give, it helps us accomplish our mission, fighting poverty and creating opportunity.

To donate money, you can scroll down the page or go to the "Store" section of the web site. Donations to CCSS are tax deductible and Michigan residents/business can receive a tax credit for their gifts. For information about the tax credit, contact Finance Director Chris Weemhoff at (313)883-2277 Ext. 211.

Another way you can donate financially to CCSS is by using the www.goodsearch.com search engine by Yahoo. Just designate Cass Community Social Services as your charity of choice and CCSS will receive a penny every time you look something up online!
Material Goods
Material goods that are in constant demand include: hygiene supplies, blankets, sheets, furniture, clothing (especially men's), laundry detergent, and gift cards. Material goods should be called in to Ed Hingelberg (313)883-2277 Ext. 213.
